Toronto, Ontario. April 25, 2008 - The Mantis Content Management System (CMS) tackles a youth orientated jobs portal.  The Teen Jobs Project tackles specific challenges facing youth trying to get their firs jobs while addressing safety concerns.  As opposed to a traditional resume, teens create profiles that reflect events that reflect their specific interest and experience.  The submitted profiles help match the job applicants with employers.  All personal information is kept strictly confidential until a registered employer requests an interview and the applicant agrees to release their personal information to the employer.

Building on the recent successful collaboration building a customizable online community events calendar(pop.yorkregion.com), Metroland Media Group selected c-Seven Media to build the online application.  c-Seven is pleased to continue our relationship with them and look forward to seeing their business continue to grow over the internet.

c-Seven worked with the client to analyze and design a viable solution based on their initial concept.  The Mantis CMS will form the base of solution allowing the Teen Jobs Project to be quickly built on top of it in order to meet the critical summer employment season.
